The leading product of the distillery has always been Cacao Pico, prepared
by a
careful process, using
only the finest raw materials.

In our efforts to produce a most select of liqueur, the distillery has tried a selection of many different varieties of cocoa, from Africa and the Americas. The Guayaquil cocoa bean from Ecuador, was eventually selected, as it is ideal for distillation and for its particular aroma. |
| As one may suppose,
products of similar characteristics, are
produced in small quantities,
as so much time is taken for their production. These limited quantities
means that only a fortunate few can enjoy this liqueur of supreme quality, totally natural and with a lasting aroma and taste. These qualities are only made possible by the expert art of distillation. |
